This is a high end Steakhouse. And it did not disappoint. We all tried from around the menu everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was fantastic as you would expect and certainly we experience that. Recommend.
First class service from this staff! Celebrated my 36th birthday here with my Fiancé and I can’t say this enough, such an amazing experience. Thank you for making this evening special.
Our dinner was phenomenal. We ordered the potato croquettes. They were crispy and well-flavored. We ordered the New Year's Eve special brisket, which was excellently flavored and wonderful quality. The black-eyed peas were al dente. It was a large dish as well. I had the scallops and saffron risotto, which was excellent. The scallops were perfectly cooked. The lemon meringue was great. Service was excellent throughout the meal.
Wonderful overall experience! A little overpriced, but great quality.
Very disappointed with our office Christmas Party at Rick Erwins. First time at this restaurant and can't say I will ever go back. We arrived at 6pm and seated in our private dining room. We left at 9:40pm..this is how slow it was. Between each food course we waited at least 45min. The food looked nothing like what the menu showed. Never ever was asked if we needed refill on tea. The safe seemed more interested in getting the silverware, glasses and plates off the table than worrying if we were thirsty. My main course was was cold and dessert was cold also.
We had several traveling out of town and needed to get home. We had no idea we were going to spend 3 1/2 hours just to eat.
The restaurant was busy and I think staff was more worried bout the 2-6 people tables and we were forgotten or got the raw end of the deal.
We booked our party 2 months in advance very disappointed.
Exceptional service from Emerson. The food was delicious, atmosphere superb, and it was clear how well trained all of the staff were. Would recommend to anyone.
If you're going to complain about prices, choose a place that's suitable to your budget. You're paying for high quality meats and excellent service.
The only complaints I've heard from dining companions is the dining area being too loud for their liking. It's not funeral home quiet. Some have complained about the portion size of some appetizers. Never have I heard a complaint about the entrées.
Since Eric's arrival three years ago, the service level has increased to a five star rating. If there's ever a problem, politely let him know. "We can't fix things we don't know about."
I've been to three high end, white table cloth restaurants this week. Rick Erwin's in Clemson provided the best service by far.
If this week's calamari can be replicated, I'm ordering it every time.
We have eaten at this restaurant each year that we visit for home football games. Last evening was very busy and Eric kept us aware of our reservation timetable and set us up in a very comfortable round booth. Jay was our waiter and he was outstanding! Best night that we have experienced in 3 years ! These two gentlemen are the best in the business.
Excellent place to eat! The food was delicious the WAGU steak was to die for. Excellent service.
